There are slight hills you have to walk on the old road
This cache will provide you with a beautiful, relaxing view of the lake.There is a picnic tableon the site if you want to take a break and watch the boats and the beauty of the water.You can retrieve this cache by taking a easy hike on an abandoned road that starts at the entrance of the State Park. After a hikeon the old road you will be led on to a grassy trail that will take you to the cache.Once you get to the area of the cache you will not have to bush wack your way to the hiding spot if you look around a little and enter into the woods in a easy opening.You will go about 20 foot or so into the woods.you will cross a very old fence that you can just walk over because it has been pushed down for what looks like years.
You can hike,or ride a bicycle right to the cache,or find it by water craft. If you decide to go by water craft there is a small cove you can tie up in close to the cache,or you can drop anchor at the boating swimming area. You will see an old adbanded road which will be the same old rord you would come down from the land trip.
Today we seen two deer on our hike to hide the cache, so always look out for wild life.
If you drive to the cache you can park in a nice parking location for bikers and hikers that is just before the enterance to the State Park.
