thekennelat79: In view of the recent DNFs, I visited site this morning to check things out.

There has been a lot of hedging and fencing work in the area, although not at the actual cache location.
However, there was no sign of the cache container.

In view of the likelyhood of further disturbance in the area, and since there was no suitable alternative hide nearby, I have decided to archive the cache.

Thanks to all those who have visited it.

Geocache Description:

A short stroll with fantastic views on a fine day.

Go to N 50 51.208 W 001 03.540, where there is plenty of free parking, and then look for a blue telephone number.
Write down the number as ABC DEFG HIJK

Now walk to
N 50 51. B (K-H) C W 001 03. (K-J) (I-D) (F-G)
and look for a wooden pole bearing a 3 digit number.
Write down this number as LMN

The cache is located at
N 50 51. (N-E) L (N-C) W 001 03. (L+M) H K

The cache container is a camouflaged screw-top plastic “coffee jar” of about 0.5 pint capacity. It is fairly well hidden and you may need to search carefully in order to find it. When first placed, it contained only the log sheet and a pencil.
