Algebra is a branch of mathematics concerning the study of structure, relation, and quantity. Elementary algebra provides an introduction to the basic ideas of algebra, including effects of adding and multiplying numbers.

An equation is a mathematical statement, in symbols, that two things are exactly the same (or equivalent). Equations are written with an equal sign, as in 2 + 3 = 5.

This puzzle requires you to find 3 fractions that sum to the whole number “1”.

(A÷BC) + (C÷DE) + (F÷GH) = 1

The digits from 1 through 9 can be used only once representing each letter. You’ll notice that there are only 8 letters while there are 9 digits available. You choose which to use.
For example: (1÷23) + (3÷45) + (6÷78) = 1

To get you started, A = 5

Now to find the cache, use this conversion to obtain the real coordinates.

N 39 – DC.FBF W 084 – DC.CAE
