The initial coordinates are for the Woodcroft Christian Centre, actually located in Morphett Vale. The cross tower here hides, you guessed it, a mobile phone base station. Renting this space to Telstra generates $10 000 - $15 000 per annum for the church. You do not need to visit the church to solve the puzzle; it is just a little bit of trivia.
