Emerald Beach Headland. Unless it is a really high tide you can approach the headland from the beach. Otherwise you can drive and then walk.
Park near this first waypoint & read the sign. Use the first three letters of the marine park name to find the new South bearing & the last three to find the new East bearing.
A - 4; S - 3; R - 0; O - 6; Y - 8; L - 7;
S 30 10 ___
E 153 11 ___
When you arrive at waypoint 2 find the date of the month on which the area was first named by James Cook. For your final south bearing subtract two from this date and add this number to the last three numbers of your current position. For your final East bearing add one to this date and add this number to the last three numbers of your current position.
The cache is near, well hidden under a large banksia tree. It is a clear plastic jar with a green screw-top lid containing a note book & pencil (please do not take either of these) and a maybe couple of items to swap.
WHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED CHECK YOUR HEAD AND BODY FOR TICKS!!!
