This is the fourth cache in the G4T50 series. This cache is placed here In Honor Of performers, especially musicians, singers, and comedians. This one exemplifies those in the L.A.M.E. (Lazy A** Mundane Excursion) portion of the series.
It's a nano, so there's nothing but the log inside - bring your own pen. You can read more about the G4T50 series at its first release, “G4T50 - FIRST chUUrch” (GC1DEEF). (2010/11/21) Coordinates adjusted using Google Earth. GPS does not give accurate readings in the urban canyons in downtown San Diego (you can easily be a block off), but at least the cache will appear in the correct location on aerial photos. 2012/10/24 & 2013/01/29) OK, the original clue is back in business, as the handiwork of an obviously colorless bureaucrat has been complemented with a dab of the appropriate paint. Update 2020/09/18: Unable to get the purple dot reinstalled, so a new clue has been added.
