Geocache Description:

This is an easy puzzle cache for your enjoyment. Oak Forest
recently moved it's Veterans Memorial from the train station at
159th and Cicero to City Hall. We think a lot more people may get
to see it now. The memorial honors veterans from Oak Forest that
died in a war.

The first part of this puzzle is to go to the posted coordinates. Here you will find that a time capsule has been buried.

In order for you to get to the 2nd and final stage you will need to
make note of the year the time capsule was placed and the year it
will be opened. The year it was placed is (P) and the year it will
be opened is (O). Take the years and insert them into the equations
below to get the final coordinates:
