This cache has an optional logging requirement. As well as
signing the log, please paint me a picture, using your GPSr.
The difficulty rating only applies if you carry out the
option, otherwise it is a difficulty 1
To paint the picture, first we need a blank canvas, and for this
exercise a large one, so the cache is placed in a location where
there is plenty of space to paint your picture. It also is usually
quiet around here so you shouldn’t get to many strange looks as you
go about creating your art. Some large events are occasionally held
here, so you will want to avoid those.
Once you have selected your canvas:
Set the GPSr tracklog to record at the highest rate.
Clear your tracklog.
Start painting.
Stop painting.
Save the tracklog.
Reset the tracklog record interval.
Pictures are expected to be of a quality any 4 year old could
paint, their are no bonus's for masterpieces.
Please include the picture you have painted with your on-line
log using one of the following methods:
A screenshot of your GPSr, e.g. using
Garmin
xImage (preferred).
A photo of the screen of your GPSr showing the picture.
Upload your tracklog to your mapping software and post a shot of
this.
The cache is only available at the times the gate is open, 7-7
winter 7-9 summer. This is a working farm, as well as a park,
visitors are not welcome after hours.
