This is the seventh in a series of caches called "Not Drowning, Caching", which explores Phillip Island; each cache contains a letter and number clue, which you will need to use to find the final in the series - please write down the clue then leave it in the cache!

Prime Minister Harold Holt disappeared while swimming alone in heavy seas off Portsea in Victoria on 17 December 1967 and his body was never recovered - prompting numerous conspiracy theories … and jokes.
