Totoro may be there, probably.
Three years ago I have placed a cache called “Hachikokuyama” in this area. It has been muggled and archived in 2006. Now I have replaced with newer camouflage and set up as a new cache.
This area has inspired an animation movie director Hayao Miyazaki to create "My Neighbors Totoro". You can enjoy nice walk in the woods. Look for Totoro and Cat-Bus too. There is no parking available around the park. Please do not park in residential area.

三年前に私はここに“Hachikokuyam”というキャッシュを設置しましたが、2006年にマグラれてアーカイブしました。今度、新しいカモフラージュで新規のキャッシュとして設置しました。
このあたりの狭山丘陵は宮崎駿監督が名作「となりのトトロ」のモデルにしたところといわれています。散歩していると、今にもトトロやネコバスが出てきそうなところです。
近くには駐車場はありません。住宅地には車を止めないようにしてください。
