A small camo'd lock and lock. Be respectful, of course. The church has only a couple services each year at Christmas and Easter.
The Hazzards cemetery, one of the oldest in the area, dates back to about 1830. Located about 7 km north of Madoc on Road 12 in the eighth concession of Madoc Township. An additional parcel of land was added to the cemetery in April, 1919. This land was purchased from Foster & Florence Gunsolus for the sum of one hundred dollars. The Church is standing as a 'Historical Site' in memory of the many pioneers of the area.
I was married in this church many moons ago.
