Geocache Description:


Eugene Fodor’s travel guides have been carried by tourists to the far corners of the world for more than half a century. He was a resident of Litchfield. Fodor died in 1991 and was buried in this beautiful cemetery. Please take the time to drive through the meandering little- traveled roads within the cemetery. There’s a lot of history here.

Gates are locked at sunset. No cars allowed after 5PM. Gates are closed through the winter.

The small cammoed cache is placed close to the entrance to make it more accessible.
