One Hundred SeventyFourth in the Famous People (FP)Series - Girls of Summer
Rockin' n Rolling in Roanoke

The Girls of Summer (GoS) may not be world famous but you can pretty much bet that anyone caching in the North Texas area is aware of who they are. Initially, the group was made up of six local geocaching women: Jo (Sandbasskingandqueen), Anita Jo (Drives), Vikki (DreamcacherV), Sharon (Countsmama), Lori (GGGal) & Valerie (Gilliansage).
The plan was to host an event and spend the day caching every other Monday through out the summer school break. From humble beginnings, GoS has grown and now includes a larger number of amazing ladies as well as a few very special "girlie men".

Please join us as we rock and roll through Roanoke. We will be meeting in the restaurant parking lot at 9:00 a.m. to group up and go caching. If you can't cache with us, then at least plan to meet for lunch:
