Geocache Description:

The majority of burial markers here are pre-WWI veterans.

I was caching with k0rpl and marc_54140 in June '08, and Marc was lamenting the fact that Door County didn't have many cemetery caches. This cache is a result of that conversation.

This is a fairly unassuming location with only a few graves, but is still a nice place to visit. This cache is a fairly easy find, meant to bring you to one of Door County's more, shall we say, forgotten cemeteries.

As this is classified as a cemetery cache, please note it is NOT hidden on any grave marker or site. If there is a service going on, or folks are visiting their loved ones when you arrive, please be respectful and come back at a later time. Your understanding and compassion for those folks will be appreciated.
