In May 2008 I found a cache hidden by
Adium. The cache, which is now archived, was called
The Cache Cache(GC1C8W2). I traded my TB Otto the
Traveling Orange for one of the pre-assembled micro-caches that
Adium was kind enough to leave in the ammo box. This micro is a 35
mm film canister, complete with 3 logbook sheets.
While not being able to "require" us to hide these, I decided to
make take this opportunity to use the cache I found to give back to
this sport.
This micro cache has traveled from Thornden Park in Syracuse, NY
south to Jessup Blair Park in Silver Spring, MD. The cache itself
requires some searching, but shouldn't take too long to find.
Beware, there are many muggles who use this park. Use stealth.
Since this is a micro cache, bring your own writing utensil.
Remember to hide the cache carefully.
When you are done, you should take a look at the 3 other caches
in this area: Cache for NE-one , The Original and Sugar High. Happy
Huntings.
Congratulations to tktran for the FTF within an hour of the
cache being published on 7/21/08.
