Geocache Description:

Should be a park and grab. The cache is camoed to hide it from muggles. Area is busy at times.

Mount Williams was a large artificial hill in Norman, Oklahoma. Built by the United States Navy as the backstop to a firing range. The hill became a landmark in the Norman area and for travlers along Interstate 35. It was named after the commander of the base at the time it was built. The hill was located near the Interstate 35/Robinson St. interchange. In 2006, the hill was demolished in order to make room for a large retail center. One of the access roads into the area is named "Mount Williams Road" to commemorate the old hill.

Congratulations to Pear Head on being FTF!
