Geocache Description:

Cache located in the Manlius Center Canal Park. Park is handicap accessible.

Back when the Erie Canal was used for transportation, this area used to be a trading area. At one point, there was a general store and other buildings in the area. The only thing pretty much left was the foundation to the store.

This was also the location for my first cache. Unfortunately the location of the cache had some people concerned and to preserve where the cache was, I have archived that cache and placed this one.

The cache is nowhere near the ruins of the store foundation so PLEASE observe the area but try not to damage the foundation any more than it already is.

Like the title says, the cache is SMALL so there's no room for anything. Bring your own Pencil/Pen to sign and when you do sign the log, conserve space!

For FTF, my gut feeling is Hubbye will be the first.
