This cache is at a crossing put under the highway to provide a safe crossing for wildlife to cross the road by going under but I wonder if the animals have figured it out.
This cache is a decon container filled with an Easycache pin (for the FTF), lip balm, gold necklace, whistle, butterfly ring, car, magnifying glass, and pencil, logbook, and sharpener.
As this cache is placed along a busy Highway (191) some stealth is required.
