Parenzana is the name of the ex narrow gauge railway which was running between Trieste and Porec. The route is now in the process of transformation into a cycling track and provides great views on numerous locations.
The cache location provides you with a great view over Slovenia's Piranske soline (salt production area). It had been turned into a nature park and provides life space for over 270 species of birds and array of plants.
You can approach the cache with a bicycle as the path is now a great smooth unpaved track gently descending from the local road leading to Kanegra. Alternatively, you can park your car near the sign "Parenzana" on this road and walk to the cache which is about 1.6 km down the road. Early morning or evening is the preferred time during the summer :)
PS: please make sure you've actually read the description! You really don't have to attack through the bush in order to get it...
