Geocache Description:

Welcome to Hart Moor Farm, which is in the Tees forest. Here the owner has planted native trees and established grassland on former arable land. The grassland and this access is part of the Countryside Stewardship Scheme.

This farm has been in the scheme for 10 years and has now signed up for another ten years. You are free to walk or ride around the route detailed on the map in the gallery or at (visit link) and ponder on how different the landscape might have been, if not for the new trees and grassland.

Enigma is a cache that commemorates small puzzles and games. It has initially been well stocked with a variety that should stimulate the minds of young and old and whilst it would be nice to see the puzzle and game theme continue with your swaps and trades this is of course not essential.

Safe and easy parking in the layby.
