Hanging Out with Jim Traditional Cache

Looking for a drive in the country - perhaps some wine gourmet food tasting and a picnic or bushwalk? This cache is located in a great spot for a getaway from Melbourne, just north of Mount Macedon. It is a region just waiting to be explored, complete with a few geocaches along the way!!
This is a favourite area of our family and with no caches nearby we thought this would be a perfect area to attract our fellow cachers to.
There is nothing too difficult about this cache. The container is a plastic, lunch box sized container. It has been painted and blends in with the surrounds. There is an important piece of camouflage protecting it that you will have to remove to reach the cache - please replace it exactly as you found it.
Nearby is the famous "Hanging Rock" reserve, scene of the film "Picnic at Hanging Rock". This is also the location of horse racing on New Years Day and Australia Day every year, and the location for the Harvest Festival and picnic.
Great food can be found in the local towns. Woodend, Kyneton, Lancefield, Romsey and Gisborne are the major centres nearby, while Newham, the closest township has grown steadily over the last few years with an increase in tree-changers moving to the area.
While not inside the property fenceline this geocache was placed with the permission of the adjoining property owners, John and Ann Ellis.
If concerned about having to scratch through the nearby undergrowth, read the second hint, but it shouldn't be necessary.
