Just one more week!
We are very excited to see many first timers as well as lots of
veterans are going to attend!
Location:
This will be held at
Bayside Park in Colchester.
This is a rain or shine event. We have reserved the Pavillion for
Sunday September 7th. We'll be at the pavillion around 10:00
a.m. or so to set things up. Grilling will start at around 11:00
(or later if no one is hungry yet)!
Entertainment:
Once again QGirl is in charge of the games and QSon is her
assistant. It worked out very well last time and I'm sure they will
again keep us all entertained.
I found a list next to the computer that they were working on and
some of the items listed were: Volley ball, Doggie games fetch and
race, Piñata and I'm sure they will have others.
There will be prizes like caches, coins, pins, swag and more (any
donations will be gladly accepted).

Buttons:
We will be making buttons for all participants to easily identify
one another. Please e-mail me the names of all your team members if
you would like a personalized ID button.
The
Food:
Since the 'list' has worked out so well at the other events, we
are adding one here too. Please let us know what you can bring we
will add it to the list and/or put your name by the item so we
prevent having too many hot dogs and only hamburger buns!
