Snoopin' Around The Park 1


This is my first cache!! Just off the Garden State Parkway exit 148, it is located in Watssessing Park here in Bloomfield, NJ.  Come enjoy a picnic and bring the entire family (including Rover). There is lots of free parking around the perimeter of the park but be careful of the alternate street parking rules (only two days during the week) so read the signs before you park.  There are ballfields, playgrounds, a running track and beautiful open areas to have fun in.  

This cache is easily accessible from the road or from the paved path in the park.  It is in a quieter area of the park but is within view of the highly used (especially on weekends) sports fields so keep an eye out for muggles.  The terrain might be a bit hazardous during the wet weather and there could be accumulations of leaves and other debris so use caution.  It is nothing the average 10 year old hasn't tackled while exploring a park.

There is heavy tree cover so the coodinates were averaged within 13 feet.
