The caches in this series are basically park and grabs.
After being inspired by Brawny Bear Clan's St. Charles county country road series, I consulted with him about doing something very similar in Warren County. This is a series of 35mm containers placed near Warren County country roads. The twist to these caches is that I am hoping it can be a CITO series. I am setting up an additional Puzzle Cache. Anyone who finds 5 of these caches and bags one bag of trash can claim credit for the Stash Your Trash Cache. Simply go to that puzzle cache site and log your finds and post a picture of your bag of trash! Posting a picture is not mandatory to claim the cache, but I believe it will inspire others to get involved. All of these caches were placed in areas that are controlled by the county such as street signs.
UPDATE: My fellow cachers are doing such a great CITO job that some people are having trouble finding enough trash for a bag! YAY! So to claim the puzzle cache, I'm lowering the requirement to a PIECE of trash. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!
As with all geocaches, please use stealth and common sense when finding these caches. Use caution when stopping for these caches. I have attempted to place them in areas that offer significant parking space or high visibility of your vehicle. People sometimes drive fairly fast on these roads because they are used to them. Contact was made with Dorian Blackthorne of the Warren County Commisioner's office. No objection was made to geocaching, but they hold no responsibility for anyone entering private property.
