This is intended mainly as a mystery cache for kids and those young at heart, but all comers are welcome here.
It seems that Lord Voldemort has again reappeared. Apparently, someone has angered him by placing a tombstone in a Muncie, Indiana cemetery in his name.
However, the stone cutter has misspelled part of his moniker. Now, instead of being known as Lord Voldemort, the anagram of his name is Lord Shiftedam.
In order to thwart him once again you will need to solve the following riddle:
The recipe for the potion to vanquish Voldemort is as Follows:
Step A.= Chop one shrivel Fig.
Step B.= Add a puFFer Fish, a phoenix Feather, and a Fang from a unicorn Foal.
Step C.= drop in a crushed capFul oF woolyweed.
Step D.= Next, add FiFty-Five Free range rattlesnake Fangs.
Step E.= Followed by Four Frilled Fluxweed pods.
Step F.= Mix it all up with a Flourish, a Feeble attempt at wand work, and the sounds oF a woodland Fiddle at midnight.
The cache can be found by filling the numbers obtained in the previous riddle into this set of coordinates. N 40 11.ABC W 85 24.DEF
Once you find the headstone you may read the name on it to understand why it is so significant to the cache placement. Don’t forget to sign the log.
Remember, logs that indicate night caching will be deleted without notice. So, play by the rules folks. We don’t want the villain of the story “erasing” your name.
