This is our first attempt at a cache and hopefully deserving of a difficult rating of 2.5 (lowered from 3 due to no DNFs!).
This cache is along a road less traveled but offers a great view.
"In 1855, the ranchers and farmers of the Calaveras Valley, petitioned the county to build a road over the hills from Milpitas. It is very steep and winding but offers a stunning view of the South Bay Area. Calaveras Road stretched westward to intersect Main Street, then called Mission Road. As late as the 1930s, ranchers were still driving herds of cattle down Calaveras Road to the train depot on Main Street." (www.milpitashistory.org)
This is a log only cache, please bring your own pen and replace exactly as found.
Congrats to Duckeylee for FTF and Rocket Girl a close second!
