Wizard of Ooze: Groundspeak's policy is that if adjacent property owners have expressed that they do not want the cache nearby because it disturbs their privacy, peace and quiet, etc., that is sufficient reason to archive a cache. It is simply a matter of good public relations. I see other log entries prior to the NA request describing barking dogs, so this is not a one-time issue with this cache.

Water! how we take it for granted. Here in Coquitlam, many creeks forge ravines through the terrain and even in the driest months of the year, we can usually see at least a trickle running through.


Some Water Facts:
