Level but not too easy walking along an oat field.
Tall grass and some thistles on one side and oats on the other.Should be easier after harvesting
I would recommend wearing boots or wellington even when dry.
Would need full waterproofs if wet.
Recommended parking on wide grass verge near to Smethwich Hall on the corner as road very narrow. Please be careful in these roads as there are a lot of horse riders.
