Geocache Description:

8/08/2008: A GEOCHECKER link has been added at the bottom to check your coordinates.

The posted coordinates will NOT take you to the cache but it will take you to a point where Gwinnett County, Rockdale County, and Walton County intersect. You will just be wasting your time if go there.

I have been asked if this cache should be classified as a Mystery/Puzzle cache. It would have been classified a Mystery/Puzzle cache if I just gave you the drawing. But since I give full instructions on how to get the coordinates, the puzzle aspect has been taken away and is no longer a mystery.
Please forward your complaints to: contact@geocaching.com.

The Atlanta metro area consists of 28 counties resulting in hundreds of miles of county lines. The cache is a medium sized Green painted Jif Peanut Butter Jar with the lid painted Black and is located on a county line somewhere in the East metro Atlanta area. Parking should not be a problem on either side of the road.

I had originally designed this cache for you to listen for a spoken number on my hobby Internet Radio Station. I really tried hard to make it so that it could be legally published on the Geocaching website. When I was ready to enabled the cache, I really thought that the cache page was pushing the envelope of the guidelines for publishing a cache. In fact it was so close that the decision to publish the cache was sent up to the good people at geocaching.com for approval. It was unfortunately denied approval. If one doesn't try something new, he/she will never know whether or not it will work! At least I tried!

So I asked my 5 year old daughter to come and join me to figure out what we could do to make this cache more interesting. I gave her a piece of paper and a marker to let her brainstorm an idea. She started to fold the paper and started to draw things a 5 year old would. I then got an idea from seeing what she was doing! So I discussed the idea with her and she liked it!

The Cache is located at:
N 33 XX.XXX W 083 XX.XXX

Below you will find the drawing she made. You will want to print out and cut out the drawing to make things easier. On the drawing, I marked 4 cross hairs. Two of them are marked Point A and the other two are marked as Point B. With a straight edge, draw a line between Point A on the top of the page to Point A at the bottom of the page. This will be called LINE A. Do the same with both of the point B cross hairs and call it LINE B. Now fold along lines A and B as seen on the posted graphical instructions below.

Below you will find my daughters drawing. After folding the paper according to the instructions, you should be able to see what it is you are looking for. Depending on how accurate your folds are, you may have to make slight adjustments to the paper to see things more clearly.

If you just happen to be laughing at some objects in the drawing, I just want to make clear that according to Grace, they are suppose to be balloons!!!

Have fun on your hunt.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO "0's" or "9's" IN THE REST OF THE COORDINATES OF THE PHYSICAL CACHE LOCATION!!!

ALSO: DON'T GET YOUR LATITUDE AND LONGITUDE CONFUSED!!!
