Break the drive, stretch the legs and stop to admire the scenic
Pike River.
In flood times this spot makes for a fine sight while at low river
the scenery is vastly different. This is one of the few spots along
this stretch of highway that is not private property and so
accessible to the public. Enjoy the view!!
Please note there are steep descents into gorges at this location
so please be careful.
The cache IS NOT in a gorge nor is it under any rocks but it is at
ground level.
Cache is a small plastic container about 400ml size and rectangular
in shape.
