Spooky Hill was a cache placed here by WebbyCat. It has been missing for quite some time and was never replaced. I decided to bring it back to life.
The cache is a decon container which, hopefully, will last longer than the previous larger containers. This must be a popular spot because it keeps getting muggled.
A little information from the original Spooky Hill:
"Hope you enjoy the great view of Farlington and Swann Lake. Swann Lake was created by the railroad years ago as a water supply for their steam locomotives. I always wondered why they called it Swann Lake but finally I found out it was named after a railroad official."
