Large lock 'n lock located off of a hidden beach down the canal located off of the west boat ramp in Markham Park.
I have been told that one can access this beach from Sunrise Blvd. if parked next to a certain gate and walking through the tall grass. I have also been told that one can access this beach by car if they have a key to a locked gate, and I know of only 2 or 3 people that have that key, me not being one of them. I do have permission, however, from a keyholder to hide this cache in this location. The best way to access this cache, the most fun way, is to enter Markham Park, go to the West Boat Ramp with your boat or jetski, enter the water and follow the canal until it opens up wide. There you will find carpets lining the side of the canal... a hidden beach. Most likely, you will see jetskis and boats having fun! Be careful of those tricksters on the stand-ups. Pull up on the carpets. Walk over the hill, and you will find the cache. Inside, there are several unactivated geocoins for those lucky enough to find it! This is not an easily accessible cache; however, once you find the hidden beach, you will probably not just go there once! I am there almost every day and at least every weekend. If you go at the right time on a Sunday afternoon, you are likely to see tricks unlike any you've ever seen before... just check out the gallery... man I'm good!
