I moved over to the East side of the mountains about 5 years ago. I have seen several of these but did not know what they were for. I think I finally get it now that I have visited one. What do you think it is for?
Please use frontage road for access. Less than 10 feet from road but watch for loose gravel. Thus the 1.5 for terrain. changed it to 2.0 based on comments about the steepness of the terrain.
