Geocache Description:

Welcome to beautiful Moonta Bay

This is the place to...... Catcha Calamari

The Moonta Bay jetty is renowned for its catches of calamari, more commonly known as squid. Now it is to be known for its hidden secret; it's geocache.

This cache is in the Orkan series of caches placed in northern Yorke Peninsula. A common word used by Orkans describes the size of this cache.

This cache should be a fairly simple find for its size. Please be careful when retrieving this cache, as one slip and it's in the water.

Be aware that this jetty is extremely popular during the summer months; particularly during school holidays and long weekends. Care will have to be taken to avoid the eyes of muggles. Consideration for this, however, was taken into account with the placement of this cache.

Your additional task for a bonus geobrownie point is to post an image of a calamari, yourself and your GPS that was taken on this jetty.

Happy hunting and squidding!
