This is an ammo can hidden under cover off the beaten path in Roanoke. Park across the street in the parking lot and walk over.
On a baseball field the Bullpen is where the starting pitcher warms up before the game. It is also where the relief pitchers warm up during the game to get ready for a possible appearance should a rally start by the opposing team. Usually the relief pitchers will watch the entire game from the Bullpen, but some teams will keep them in the dugout until the middle innings of the game then send them to the Bullpen.
This cache was placed in anticipation of the Girls of Summer event at the Prairie House. I have found many caches placed by these great ladies, and I wanted to place a cache for them and those that are attending their event. Thanks for hosting.
