A good place (Northland) Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Rumo and Rala: We're out of the geocaching game for years now, and yesterday was one of those rare occasions we actually were up in the area in years. Glad so many people enjoyed the cache, but it's time to retire.
Despite searching for the container for 30 minutes, we couldn't find it. Not sure what happened there. Archiving it nevertheless.

Geocache Description:

Follow the journey of two royal scouts on their search for a “good place” for their King and Queen.

King and Queen Once upon a time, there were a King and a Queen called Charles and Diviana, the Two Hopefuls. They reigned over the land of Seelandia. Both were very happy and enjoyed life together with their dog Misty.
But one day, rumor spread about a far away place that promised the fulfillment of dreams. After a short time, everybody in Seelandia knew about it, but nobody could figure out, where this place was supposed to be.
Where is it?
Snail
Ent
Lighthouse
So they sent out two of their best scouts, Rumo and Rala, assigning them the task to find this mysterious place. Eager to fulfill their masters' wish, the scouts set off on their powerful horses, Nissan and March, into the unknown. On their journey they…

…broke the spell of the monster snail, …

…wrestled with giant ents, …

…reached the legendary light at the end of the world, …

…crossed endless deserts, …

…escaped the fangs of the man-eating spider tree, …

…but the place that the people were talking about was nowhere to be found. After Rumo and Rala had traversed the land from North to South and from East to West for one year without success, it dawned to them that they had to return to their King and Queen empty-handed.

The well Weary, sad and disheartened, they came across a little village with a strange looking tavern. A lovely smell of chocolate and fresh bread awakened their spirits. They dismounted their horses, tethered them to a tree and entered the house. This place was magic. So many things to see, to taste and to smell. Soft music accompanied each of their steps. A variety of little rooms beckoned them to come in and have a seat. The people that lived here greeted them with a smile. Numerous books in all sorts of shelves were waiting to be read.
Suddenly, Rumo and Rala came to realise that their long and arduous journey was a over. They had found what they were sent out to look for. This was the place, the good place, where dreams would come true - where you could just be yourself.
Refreshed and excited they returned to Charles and Diviana and told them about their discovery. “It would not be wise to tell everybody about this,” said Charles. “The serenity of this place would be lost forever, if thousands of people would know about it. We must protect it!”

And this is, why until today, just a few people are aware of Eutopia, the “Good Place”. The location is kept a secret. Only those who are skilled in the art of geocaching can find it. If you write your name into the magic book, hidden at a bridge close by, your eyes will open and you can see the place, enter, and find your own Eutopia.
