The cache is a camouflage-taped lock-lock container placed in the woods near a creek valley just off Old River Road, north of Bayfield, Ontario. It could easily be a straight-forward cache and dash.
A friend told Ms. Eclectic about the tree near this cache site (see gallery photo). It looks as if at one time there were cables along the side of the road, strung up as a bit of a guardrail. This particular tree just grew right around the cables.
There is a lot of bark lying around; that may mean you will have to look in several locations. 
If you move the bark to search for the cache, please replace it. Thanks.
Beware of thistles and possible poison ivy.
There should be parking along the side of the road, especially on the south side of the road about 50 - 100' west of the cache, but parking will be difficult in the winter.
