This area is a wooded area, near a creek off a trail. The terrain is fairly easy to walk through.
This is the the first Cache ever placed by “The Karps”. We placed this Cache after realizing there are very few cache’s in the Candle Lake area (only one other at time of placement). This site is off a trail that overlooks the Clearsand Creek. The main trail makes a very scenic bike or hike if you wish. Remember to be aware of wildlife. We have seen plenty in this area. We are told the area near the cache may have been an old homestead. The items left in the Cache include key chains, magnets, pens along with some items for children. The cache is a plastic 1/2 litre container with a red scew on cap. It should be relatively easy to find. Hope you enjoy.
