Geocache Description:

This cache is located in Sweet-Allyn Park by Turtle Creek in Turtle township. Hence the name Revenge of the Turtles.

Sweet-Allyn park was Rock County's first park and is 39+ acres in size. It was a gift from Aida Louise Sweet in April of 1943. There used to be a dam in the creek but no one kept up on the maintenance so the county took it out and now the creek flows freely. The dam used to run an old mill that was long gone before the dam was taken out. You used to be able to see the remnants of the mill but they disappeared with the dam. We used to ride our bikes over there and play in the dam water to cool off in the summer. OH, the good old summer time.

There is an unique first to find button in the cache.
