If you are sure footed on a steep dirt trail the terrain is not too bad ... if not ... this cache may not be for you.
If you park across the street from the fire hydrant you will be, for the most part, out of view of muggle eyes hidden behind windows.
I found out about Roz Savage through a podcast I was listening to and the story fascinated me. As you look out over the Great Salt Lake from the road above the cache site, searching for a Western edge to the lake, think of the adventures of rowing the pacific toward a Far East Western edge!
