Geocache Description:

This should be an easy find. The cache is a standard ammo can and should be clearly visible without moving or opening anything. The property is very child and animal friendly, but please don't harrass the tree squirrels.

In 1884, the men and women of the Free Congregation of Sauk County built a simple, sturdy building in a park-like bur oak opening on the edge of Sauk City. Alfred Claus, a young man raised in the Free Congregation, drew the plans for Park Hall and later became one of Wisconsin’s most influential architects.

Feel free to make this a quick park-and-grab, or enjoy a picnic under these beautiful old-growth oaks and look around this historic property. The members of the Free Congregation only ask that you be respectful and (of coarse) discrete amongst our neighbors.

WARNING TO NIGHTCACHERS: The cache location is routinely patrolled by raccoons, skunks, and police after dark.
