Flamboyant Traditional Cache
Golden Cat: The last geocachers couldn't find the cache though they were looking in the right place. We are unable to get to the cache in a reasonable timeframe to get it back in working order, so feel that it's appropriate to archive this cache. It was a great cache while it lasted, and thank you to everyone who went looking for it.

This Cache is located in Johnnie’s Ground, a little neighborhood on Booby Hill above Windwardside, on the island of Saba. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the center of Windwardside, though you may wish to take a bit longer so you can catch your breath walking up steep Booby Hill. The cache is accessible from paved roads, so there’s is no bushwhacking along slippery trails to find it.
Johnnie’s Ground is a small neighborhood of homes nestled in a little dip at the far end of Booby Hill, below Willard’s of Saba. There are no signs pointing the way, and unless you’re a local, most folks don’t even know this little neighborhood exists.
The cache is located in an easily accessed public area, no need to venture onto private property or go inside anyone’s gates or fences. Do be mindful of any landscaping!
Once you find the cache, stop and enjoy the scenery. As you look out over the Caribbean Sea, on a clear day you can see St. Eustatius (aka Statia), St. Kitts and Nevis; on an extremely clear day you can even see Montserrat.
