Rock Walk is a cache that is all about the fun of the approach. There is no trail to the cache. Finding your way is the fun.
On the south side of Anthony Lake, there is a trail to Hoffer Lakes. A few hundred feet to the west of that trail are some enormous rocks that our kids love to play on. We took an "explore" to see where the might lead and realized there is a spine of rocks that continues up the hillside.
We had fun exploring the rocks and left this cache here to point the way. You will have views of Gunsight Peak, Anthony Lakes, the Lakes Lookout, and the top of the ski area as you continue up.
We made it in sandals and boots. I'd recommend at least tennis shoes, though. Take some time to explore after you arrive.
