This cache is intended to be a drive to/from cache. It is located approx. 100 yards off the road. Although the fell is "open access" there are pot holes/shake holes in the area. Please take care, particularly if approaching from a different direction. Please note dogs are not allowed on "open access" areas. The road to Leck Fell is a dead-end, but the views are fantastic (on a sunny day!) and well worth the trip. You can turn the car round at a large lay-by 1/2 a mile past the cache. Please ensure you leave the gate as found.
