Small waterproof container that you will probably figure out as you drive up.

Lots of muggles AND security cameras. Your best bet is to park between cache and building to block sight of your movements. Pretty easy find. Was doing business here and remembered I had a cache laying on the back seat looking for a home. Now it has one.
