Geocache Description:

This cache is to entice people to come bird watching on the Chase Lake Birding Trail, near Medina, North Dakota. It is home to the largest nesting colony of American White Pelicans in North America. It is also home to many other birds including grebes, terns, and hawks. I have seen Ferruginous Hawks myself when visiting the area. The cache is close to an information center with maps and bird lists of the area. There is a FTF prize. I ask if you go birding to list any birds you see on your trip on the log in page, and keep the trade out items bird related if you can.
