Faro de Cabo de Palos Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Team Juniper: During the renovations the cache disappeared again and as there is already another cache nearby and this one has been adopted several times, we decided it has had a good run, but now it is time for it to go and give other people/caches a chance.

Thx to everyone who visited this cache.

Located at the southern end of the La Manga Strip, Cabo de Palos is a working fishing village. It is also famous as the start point for divers who would like to dive on the Islas Hormigas underwater reserve. The Islas Hormigas reserve has many wrecks and is host to an amazing array of undersea life – one of the best dive areas in the Mediterranean.

Be careful when walking along the small cliff to the cache, especially with young children, as there is a drop off to the rocks and water below!
