Access is via a very short dirt track off the Bruce Highway. 4WD not required. Log only cache. Bring biro.pencil.
This is the Sellheim Cemetery - a part of North Queensland's history. Unfortunately it has been sadly neglected in the past and possibly vandalised, however, the Charters Towers Lions Club are very slowly tidying up the area. No names are available nor the number of people who are resting there with the old Burdekin Plum Trees watching over them - so take a few moments to relax in their shade and imagine what life would have been like in this area 100 years ago!
The cache is not hidden near the graves.
