Located just off the Knobstone Trail between mile markers 32 and 33. Park at the Elk Creek trailhead and hike towards the Oxley Memorial trailhead.
"Break for the Old Man" is another fanciful container along this stretch of the Knobstone Trail. It's a nice break if you're an old man like Knobhiker trying to keep up with his son, LongWayDown.
You'll walk through a beautiful holler before you reach a hill. The climb is about 200 feet and the cache is only 20 feet off of the trail. Once you find it, take a break and listen to the sounds of nature and catching your breath!
