The most popular beach in Bermuda is Horseshoe Bay. Hundreds of people flock to the Beach every day to enjoy the white sand and the beautiful turquoise blue water.
You may not believe this, but when my children were small, we would spend all day swimming at Horseshoe Bay and be the only people there! Of course back then it was before the Fairmont Southampton Resort and the deluge of tourists from the cruise ships.
It use to be our best kept secret. Today it's another story!!
Enjoy the view and the swim. This is also a good spot to take pictures of the beach and South Shore. This cache is located on a hillside that is not maintained. It would be advisable not to wear sandals or flip-flops. Please bring your own pen.
Also, please, please replace the container as you found it and make sure the lid is screwed on properly. This will ensure that the sand and moisture doesn't get into the container. Thank you!!
